Welcome to our custom cabinet online ordering system! Follow these steps to design and place your order for custom cabinets. Please note that you must have a business account with us, and we’ll need up to 24 hours to review and approve your account before you can start ordering.

    • Sign Up: To use our system, you need a business account. Click “Sign Up” at the top right of the page and provide your business details, including your company name, email address, and a password.

    • Account Review: After you submit your registration, we’ll review and approve your account within 24 hours. For immediate assistance please contact us directly. You’ll receive an email notification once your account is activated.

    • Browse Categories: Start by exploring our product categories to find the types of cabinets you need. Use the categories menu to filter options and find configurations that suit your project.

    • Find Configurations: Within each category, view various cabinet configurations and layouts to determine the best fit for your space.

    • Choose Door Type: Select the style of cabinet doors that best suits your design. Options include:

      • Flat Panel: Sleek, modern look with a flat surface.

      • Shaker Style: Classic, timeless design with a recessed center panel.

    • Specify Finishes: We offer custom laminations from top brands. Enter the color code of the laminate or provide a custom paint color code from well-known brands such as Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore. If you have a sample you’d like us to match, you can send it to us for a precise color match. Drawer and door fronts

    • Choose Cabinet Materials: Select from a range of cabinet materials that impact durability and appearance..

    • Choose Drawer Materials: Finally, specify the materials for your drawers to ensure consistency in quality and style with the rest of your cabinets.

    • Review Swing Options: Confirm the swing options for each cabinet door:

      • Left Drilling: Doors that open to the left.

      • Right Drilling: Doors that open to the right.

      • Pair Drilling: For doors that will be used in pairs, ensuring proper alignment and functionality

    • Status: Select the status of your order from the available options, such as “Bid” or others, depending on your needs.

    • Order Name: Enter a name for your order to help identify it easily, such as “John Doe Project.”

    • Company: Choose the company associated with the order from the dropdown menu. If your company is not listed, you may need to add it as a new contact.

    • Contact: If not already selected from the company details, specify the primary contact person for the order. If the contact is not listed, click “New Contact” to add their details.

    • Description: Provide any additional details or special instructions related to your order.

    • Requested Date: Optionally, specify the date by which you would like to receive the order. This field is not required.

    • Actual Date: This field will be automatically populated with the date and time of your order placement (e.g., Aug 22, 2024, 4:44 PM).

    • Clear: Click this button to reset all fields and start over if needed.

    Billing Information:

    • Billing Address: Enter the billing address for your order.

    • Shipping Information:

    • Will Call: If you will pick up your order, select “Will Call.”

    • Shipping Instructions: Provide any specific shipping instructions if needed. Note that we only deliver within a 3hr radius of Denver Colorado.

    Attachments:

    • Upload New Attachment: Click “Choose File” to upload any relevant documents or attachments

  • View Cart Details: In the “Order Level Settings” section, check:

    • Folder 1: Organize your cabinet selections into folders if managing multiple projects.

    • Qty: The total quantity of cabinets and components in your cart.

    • Subtotal: The total cost before taxes and shipping.

    • Discount Percent: Enter any applicable discount percentage.

    • Shipping: Estimated shipping costs based on your order.

    • Delivery Area: We deliver within a 3-hour radius of our location. If your delivery address is outside this radius, the order will be available for pickup only.

    • Total: The final amount including all items, discounts, and shipping.

    • Hinge Drilling Options: Confirm the hinge drilling options for your cabinet doors:

      • Left Drilling: Doors that open to the left.

      • Right Drilling: Doors that open to the right.

      • Pair Drilling: For doors that will be used in pairs, ensuring proper alignment and functionality

    • Confirm Purchase: Click the “Place Order” button to finalize your purchase.

    • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with your order details. Save this information for your records.

    • Order Review: Once you place your order, we will verify the details to ensure that all materials and labor are available to meet your expected delivery date. This process includes:

      • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your order.

      • Verification: Our team will verify that all components and resources are in place.

      • Confirmation: We will confirm the order with you, ensuring that all details are correct and feasible before processing payment.

    • Charging: We will only charge your card after the order has been verified and confirmed.

    • Deposit Requirements: Please note that a 50% deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining 50% will be due after the cabinets are completed and scheduled for pickup or delivery.

    • Order Status: Log in to your account and visit the “Order History” section to track the status of your cabinets and view past orders.

    • Updates: Receive email notifications regarding the progress and shipping of your order.
