Meet the Owner
From Adversity to Achievement: The Journey
Life hasn't always been easy for me. Growing up with a father who was a general contractor, construction was a part of my world from an early age. However, after losing him during my teenage years, I faced a difficult path. Struggles with addiction and a rebellious lifestyle led to overwhelming debt and the threat of jail time.
Despite these hardships, there was a persistent draw to the construction industry. In 2019, hitting rock bottom became a catalyst for change. With family support and a renewed sense of hope, efforts to rebuild began. While working as a staircase craftsman’s helper during the COVID-19 pandemic, I seized every opportunity for overtime, asking for work every weekend, this was crucial for buying the necessary tools to start a business.
Starting small, I transformed a storage unit into a workshop, laying the foundation for what would become Three Creeks Custom Cabinets. Within months I was sharing a commercial space with other small business owners. The relentless work ethic and dedication soon led to the business outgrowing that space, next sharing a larger shop and partnering with experienced cabinet makers allowing deep learning and growth. 18 months later my team and I outgrew that shop. Over this time frame 80-100 hour work weeks were sustained for four years straight.
Today, my team and I proudly operate a state-of-the-art 11,000 sq ft warehouse in Denver, Colorado, where Three Creeks Custom Cabinets thrives with a full production line and a dedicated team. Our mission extends beyond personal success to creating opportunities for our team, their families, and my own future family. The greatest reward is seeing the joy and satisfaction of our customers with their finished products. My commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle and personal recovery shapes our company culture, fostering a healthy and happy work environment. This journey stands as a testament to resilience and the power of community, proving that rising from adversity can lead to meaningful achievements and impactful service to others.
